Looking for a cooler location where to have a good lunch & chats with my friends Rossella & Francesca we drove about 45 minutes on the Pistoia’s mountains direction ….Pavana!
Just next door to the Zummo trattoria there is the Savigni butcher shop
www.savigni.comwho provides great hams, salami & charchuterie .Pairing these delicious meats with different kind of cheese ( blue cheese, goat fresh one ,raw sheep pecorino…)it has really been a paradise on earth for foodies as we are😉
The trattoria is a kind of cheese shop with an annex with some tables to eat & taste their products .
Desserts are homemade & the cheesecake was a unforgettable creamy soft slice , not too sweet ,a very balanced flavour.
For a starter ,a pasta dish, dessert & water , no wine ! , espresso coffee = 27 ,00 euro per person, not bad at all 😉👍
